High Court Enforcement Overview
Vicks Enforcement provide a national service for the enforcement of Court Judgments & Orders. Using the services of an appointed High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) formally known as a Sheriff is the most successful method of enforcement in the UK.
HCEO's have many advantages over the County Court Bailiffs (CCB), the main ones being, cheaper cost to start enforcement, visits can be made between 06:00 & 21:00 any day of the week unlike the CCB who generally work office hours and enforcement action can start within days not weeks or months. Most commonly HCEO’s enforce County Court Judgments for amounts over £600.00 and are massively successful in the recovery of such Judgments.
